Processing Time

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

Free Shipping Offer: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above a certain value (e.g., $50 / ₹1000). This threshold will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking

Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.

Tracking Activation: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.
Shipping Restrictions

Domestic/International: Please specify if you only ship Domestically (within India) or if you offer International Shipping. (For example: “Currently, Kadcure only ships within India.”)

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address is required for delivery.

Unsafe Delivery Locations: We reserve the right to refuse shipping to locations we deem unsafe or logistically unfeasible.
Damage and Lost Packages

Damaged in Transit: If you receive your package with visible signs of damage, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately. If you have already accepted it, please take clear photos of the damage and contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Package: If your tracking status shows the package as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 7 days, and we will assist in filing a claim.
Changes to Your Order
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer make changes.
